Wellness anyone?

Wellness has become a buzzword in health care circles recently. Just watch the commercials put out by your insurance company as they talk about the new “wellness” center opening in your area.  But what is wellness, how is it defined?

I define wellness as the state of your body when it has the ability to adapt to all of the stresses it encounters everyday and continue functioning normally on a physical, emotional and chemical level.

Can chiropractic and muscle reactivation help you move closer to wellness? The answer is a definite yes. Remember, you live your life through your nervous system. If there is interference in the nervous system then it is less able to adapt to all of those daily stresses we all have. Chiropractic adjustments and reactivation of muscles restores normal nervous system communication and allows more easy adaptability. Bottom line when you are well adjusted and have full muscle function you will be healthier, happier and be able to do what you love and love what you do.

So when was your last adjustment or muscle reactivation? How about your spouse, kids or friends? Let’s walk the road to wellness together!

Here’s to wellness,
